✛ Teams · live now
Build the team on purpose.
Most founding teams are an accident of who knew whom. The gaps only announce themselves later, as missed launches, fragile systems, and hires that duplicate what you already have.
The Team Map makes the shape of your team visible before it costs you: every member's contribution type on one grid, the quarters of the building cycle you own, the quarters running on hope, and the exact shape of your next hire.
✛ What a team map looks like
Example team · a classic seed-stage trio, rendered by the real engine
This map shows contribution, not performance. It is not for screening or ranking people.
Position shows a person's own direction, not a score compared against anyone else's. We flag empty quadrants only: how many people is “enough” in a quadrant is something we're still working out, so we don't guess at it yet.
What the engine reads from this team
- · Nobody on this map sits in Marshals. Teams at the Run it stage often lean on that quadrant, worth checking if you feel that gap too.
- · Next hire: someone from the Marshals quarter. First uncovered quarter of the cycle: create the discipline and rhythm that make a working system perform.
This trio can see it, sell it, and make it solid: a genuinely strong start. What nobody in it will feel the pull to do is run the machine once it exists. On the map, that is a hiring plan.
✛ How it works
1 · Create your team
Name it and buy seats: per-seat monthly, add or remove seats any time from billing.
2 · Invite your people
Each seat includes that member's own Full Profile: the assessment, their personal report, everything.
3 · Read the map
Types land on the grid as members finish. Coverage, gaps, risks, and the next hire, all live.
Privacy is structural: the map shows contribution types only. Each member's full report, blind spots and traps stay their own.
