Who you are buying from

These terms are between you and Pioneership Ltd, a private limited company registered in Scotland under company number SC759961. Our registered office is 31 Silverknowes Grove, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH4 5LZ. Contact support@pioneership.co.

The service

The Full Profile is a one-person digital product containing a 40-question assessment, calculated contribution profile, personal report and one included retest. The retest opens two weeks after the first result and remains available to start. The self-report personality test explores how you think and work in innovation. It provides reflective business guidance. It is not a clinical, medical or diagnostic instrument and must not be used for hiring, selection or employment decisions.

The AI Survival Guide summary is public. The full PDF is free, with a download link sent by email. Pioneer Coach and the digital book are currently preview or coming-soon products. Their preview content, availability, features and launch pricing may change before release. Existing Coach subscribers can continue to manage or cancel billing from their account while Coach operations remain inactive.

Purchases and delivery

Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Stripe processes the payment and provides the payment confirmation. A Full Profile purchase creates one assessment bundle for one participant. Access is normally available after Stripe confirms payment. Keep the receipt and secure access email.

Younger users and purchases for someone else

You do not need to be 18 to create an account or take the Full Profile assessment. Any consent or adult involvement required by the law where you live still applies. Pioneership no longer provides parent purchase approval through an email link at checkout. If you cannot enter into a binding purchase contract yourself, contact support with your parent or guardian before payment to confirm whether we can arrange a suitable purchase process where you live.

If you are paying for someone else, contact support before checkout. Access is linked to the account and email used for the purchase. Agree with us which person will take the assessment and how they will receive access. Use a payment method you are authorised to use. Paying for someone does not by itself give you a right to their answers or report. Keep sign-in details and private access links secure.

A parent or guardian does not become liable for a purchase merely because a child uses the service. Any agreement with an adult must be made with that adult. Nothing in these terms removes protections that the law gives children or requires a child to give up rights they cannot lawfully waive.

Access and statutory rights

Your statutory remedies remain available when digital content or a service is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Each Full Profile also includes one free retest, which opens two weeks after your first assessment and remains available. See the purchase and access policy.

Email delivery and verification

We use the email address you confirm for purchase communications and private access instructions. Please check it carefully and use an address you control or are authorised to use. We verify checkout email ownership before payment. An incorrect address may prevent delivery or send verification messages to another person. Contact support promptly if you need to correct it. We may verify ownership before changing account details or releasing private reports. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep access links and account credentials secure. One purchase covers one person. You must not scrape, resell, interfere with the service, or attempt to extract question banks, report logic or prompt systems. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, intellectual property or service security.

Your content and our intellectual property

You retain rights in information you provide. We process it to deliver and operate the service as explained in the privacy policy. Pioneership's frameworks, question banks, report presentation, book content, software and brand remain the intellectual property of Pioneership Ltd or its licensors. Pioneership™ is a trade mark of Pioneership Ltd. You may use and share your own report for personal reflection and discussion, subject to the permitted uses in these terms. This does not grant permission to use our name or logo to suggest that we endorse another product or service. Uses permitted by applicable law remain available.

Availability and liability

We use reasonable care to keep the service available and to correct faults. We may update or suspend features for security, maintenance or legal reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. For business customers, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the previous 12 months, to the extent permitted by law. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.

Governing law

Scottish law governs these terms. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim available under the law where they habitually live. These terms do not restrict a consumer's right to bring proceedings in a court available to them under mandatory law.
