Privacy policy.
What we collect
Your email (when you buy, save a quiz result, or join a waitlist); your assessment answers and computed results; your purchase history; and, if you subscribe to the Coach, your conversation and the durable facts you tell it. Payment card details never touch us; Stripe handles them entirely.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase, our database provider. Processors we use to run the product: Stripe (payments and billing), Clerk (sign-in), Anthropic (generating your report narrative and Coach replies from your own results; not used to train their models per our API terms), Resend (email), Upstash (rate limiting), Sentry (error monitoring, scrubbed of personal data), and PostHog (analytics, only if you consent).
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, run third-party advertising, or show anyone else your blind spots: shared result links carry the public view only. Marketing emails stop with one click and are sent at most once each.
Your rights
Export everything or delete your account (anonymizing every record) directly from account settings, no email required, no waiting. For anything else: support@pioneership.co.
WhatsApp check-ins
Connecting WhatsApp sends one confirmation message to the number you enter, with no separate verification step. If you mistype the number, that one message goes to whoever holds it instead of you: enter it carefully, and disconnect from Coach settings if you get it wrong.
Retention
Results and reports are kept so your links keep working. Purchase records are kept as required for accounting, anonymized on account deletion. Coach conversations are deleted outright when you delete your account.
