Be the first to know when Pioneer Coach launches.

A mentor who has read your result.

Pioneer Coach is being designed to help you explore your Pioneership result in the context of your own life and work. You would bring a question or situation, then use the conversation to consider options and decide what to try.

The planned Coach would use your report alongside the context you choose to share. Your responsibilities, skills and circumstances would help shape the discussion. You could ask it to explain a suggestion, explore another approach or help you practise a skill.

How it works

Your scores never change behind your back: the assessment is deterministic and the Coach only interprets it. What grows is the memory. Tell it you are hiring, wrestling with a co-founder, or dreading a decision, and weeks later it still knows, and brings it back exactly when that context matters.

I keep starting things and losing interest once they work. Should I fix that about myself?

Your result suggests you enjoy creating early interest and momentum. What becomes difficult once something is running: keeping track of tasks, maintaining interest or finding time alongside new ideas? A recent example would help us understand what support you need.

You mentioned that delivery has become difficult after each launch. We could look at a routine you can build, a skill you want to practise or help you could agree with someone else. What are you responsible for this week, and which of those options is practical for you?

This illustrative reply connects the Profile with the person's experience, asks for context and explores practical options.

It reaches out first

Mentors who wait to be asked are half a mentor. On your cadence, daily or weekly, the Coach sends a short check-in built from one real thing: an unresolved thread from your conversations, a blind spot your profile carries, or a recent decision you shared. One concrete observation, one question that moves the week.

In your inbox; replying goes straight back into the thread.

Check-in timing and available channels will be confirmed at launch.

WhatsApp is a planned channel. Access arrangements will be explained if it becomes available.

The rules it cannot break

· It cannot change your scores. The assessment is deterministic; the Coach interprets, never invents.
· It must name trade-offs. A reply that only flatters is rejected by its own validator before you ever see it.
· It is not a therapist, doctor, or lawyer and it will say so rather than pretend.
· Your conversations are yours. Access and deletion are handled as described in our privacy policy. Authorised staff and service providers may process information where needed to provide support and operate the service.

Requires the Full Profile (it coaches from your result). Cancel any time from your account in one click; access runs to the end of the period. Start with a question you actually have:

· “Explain my result in plain English.”
· “What work should I stop forcing myself to do?”
· “How should I work with someone opposite to me?”
· “What should I hire, delegate, systemise, or use AI for?”
· “What is my next best move this week?”

No Full Profile yet? Start there: the Coach needs something real to read.
