Why I wrote this
I spent years watching talented people stall because they were playing the wrong position and did not know it. The visionary was buried in operations. The builder was asked to sell. The whole team pulled in a direction none of them was built for. Pioneership is the framework I wish I had had: a way to name the role you actually play, own it, and build the team around you that makes it work. In the age of AI, getting this right decides whether you lead the rebuild or get rebuilt around.
